Our Review

You really couldn’t stay in a grander or more handsome Manchester building than the Britannia. What’s more, it offers a real taste of a bygone era at a reasonable price. But in spite of the imposing architecture, the emphasis is on human-scale friendliness and helpful service.

clean room... Rooms a little tired... The room smelt so much of smoke ... old windows meant very noisy night.... Hotel and room were very dirty ... fixtures in the room were very shabby and in some instances unsafe,... even though we were on the top floor noise from surrounding streets could be heard... room service menu, is not worth the cardboard it is written on... room very basic... Rooms spotlessly clean... Rooms are quite dated ... Room was TINY ... Room was good value for money... The room that I was given was poor ... room very very dated and very noisy from streets... Room was fabulous....
