Traveller from Preston stayed in February,2009

Guest Comment:
Some difficulty in getting a simple sandwich from room service. Took from 11am and 3 times of asking to get 2 extra pillows....were still not there at 5pm but had arrived later in the evening -we were told they were 'exceptionally' busy.

Top Tip:
Quaint local put with excellent food - the English Lounge ask directions from the Arndale Centre
