Location was brilliant for our needs as it is so close to the MEN arena, which is why we were in Manchester. However, the appartments are right next to the railway line going into Manchester Victoria and I was unaware of the proximity when I booked, it was a bit noisy and we had children with us so this was a bit of an issue. Smoe of the carpets & walls were stained. The staff on duty at Pad Hotels were exceptional!! Very close to MEN Arena.

Top Tip:
Pizza place just over the roads & convenience store on the doorstep
